The Moscow Mule

Summer is the season for refreshing Moscow mules. That is of course if you squeeze fresh citrus, and use the one and only Cock and Bull ginger beer. Nothing beats that first sip, the bubbles still popping on your nose as you put the straw to your lips. Slight bite with a smooth and sweet finish, and filled to the brim with ice. Lots and lots of ice. And then add more ice on top of that. This drink is meant to be drank COLD, If you couldn’t tell by my rambling. If you didn’t know, now you do.

Classic Moscow Mule

0.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice

Add ice to top of copper mule

Fill with ginger beer

Garnish with lime and fresh mint

(for flavored mules, just add an additional .5 oz of any flavored syrup, concentrate, or even other liquors or cordials for a fun twist)
